Born in Japan,Taroh Okabe is a photographer Based in Tokyo , after studying literature in Aoyama univ, he started his carrier at Tokyo at 2004.

 Taroh's photo transforms images his fashion, beauty, portrait. His work has appeared in Fashion magazine, Catalogue, and CD cover, and Advertisement.

He joined in SIGNO TOKYO at 2008
